Creamy Grapefruit-Banana Smoothie!

I don't know what it is about my cravings for citrus this time of year. Maybe my immune system requires more vitamin C? Maybe I need more potassium in the winter? Whatever the reason, I love to add citrus to my smoothies for a tasty fat burning meal! The other day, I bought some Grapefruit. Most citrus fruits are considered fast carbs, but grapefruit is different. It is very low in calories and very high in fiber. I made this delicious Grapefruit-banana smoothie, it was so creamy and delicious! I thought I'd share this recipe:
Grapefruit-Banana Smoothie
1 banana
1 whole grapefruit, peeled (I peel mine like oranges)
1 Cup Light Vanilla Greek yogurt
1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of ice.
Blend all ingredients together, enjoy!
Serves one.
